Rico: AI Wingman ("Rico", "the app") is operated by NapTime Labs LLC ("we", "our", "the company"). By downloading, installing, or using Rico, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rico uses artificial intelligence to suggest replies and opening messages for dating conversations. Using Rico requires a paid subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rico. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
No guarantees. Rico's suggestions are generated by AI. We do not guarantee that any suggestion will be appropriate, effective, or well received. You decide whether and how to use them.
Not professional advice. Rico does not provide dating advice, relationship counseling, or any professional guidance. Use your own judgment.
Your responsibility. You are fully responsible for any message you send to another person, whether or not Rico suggested it.

The app, including its design, code, characters, and branding, is owned by NapTime Labs LLC. You may use Rico's suggestions freely in your own conversations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapTime Labs LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including lost relationships, emotional distress, or any outcome of messages you send.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its suggestions will meet your expectations.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
This section applies to the iOS version of Rico distributed through the Apple App Store.
Parties. This agreement is between you and NapTime Labs LLC, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). NapTime Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
Scope of license. You are granted a non-transferable license to use Rico on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Maintenance and support. NapTime Labs LLC is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support.
Warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
Product claims. NapTime Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where the company is based.
